Microsoft Cloud Operations + Innovation (CO+I) is the team behind building the Microsoft cloud. Within CO+I, the Datacenter Planning & eXecution Engineering (DPXE) team is responsible for delivering datacenter capacity for Microsoft’s cloud business.


Responsibilities

  • Write high quality, maintainable, reusable, secure code using OOPs concepts and SOLID principles.
  • Resolve system integration challenges working with other members of the team and external teams.
  • Collaborate with and demonstrate features developed to stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Loyalty Marketing Lead – Creative

The Shop Cash team is hiring a  Loyalty Marketing Lead.  This role blends strategic marketing with tactical execution, requiring a keen ability to analyze data, craft compelling messages, and drive program adoption. You will be helping new and existing users understand the benefits of Shop Cash, collaborating closely with Product teams to refine and enhance the program and grow its adoption through marketing campaigns and always-on CRM initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Craft and iterate on a product marketing strategy for the Shop Cash loyalty program, focusing on acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Utilize SQL to pull and analyze data, creating a feedback loop that informs strategy adjustments and reports on program effectiveness.
  • Translate complex program details into compelling, easy-to-understand copy that resonates with a diverse audience.
  • Partner with Product teams to refine the program’s vision and features, ensuring they are customer-centric and easily understood.
  • Test and iterate on existing evergreen email and push notifications to effectively communicate the benefits of Shop Cash, motivating users to engage.
  • Work closely with designers and developers to create impactful marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of the loyalty program, setting and achieving key performance indicators.
